It’s been a long time coming — we’re heading back to Palmetto Hall!
Palmetto Hall has officially entered a new chapter after being acquired by the Heritage Golf Collection — the same team behind the Port Royal Clubhouse. With new leadership and a renewed focus on events, they’re excited to begin collaborating with our local vendor community again.
This month’s gathering is all about reconnecting with a familiar venue that’s stepping back into the spotlight.
If you haven’t seen this Island gem in a while, this is your chance to explore the space, meet the team behind the revival, and start imagining what weddings and events could look like here moving forward.
Join us for an evening of catching up with fellow pros and welcoming Palmetto Hall into its next chapter in the Lowcountry event scene.

Getting There
Palmetto Hall is a gated community on Hilton Head Island. As you approach the Palmetto Hall entrance, 🛑do not go through the gate.🛑
Instead, take a ➡️ right onto Madison Ln just before the gate entrance and continue into the main clubhouse parking lot.
Once parked, the Palmetto Hall Clubhouse is located on the cul-de-sac just beyond the lot.
From there, simply join us inside. I'll see you in the Upstairs Lobby for check-in!

All wedding professionals and their significant others are welcome to join us!
This includes any businesses that are related to the wedding or event industry in any way.
However, please DO NOT invite or bring clients or couples.
Our meetings are intended to be a safe space for vendors to connect without sales pitches.
This is not the appropriate time or place for potential clients.
