Get ready for a beautiful evening of connection and celebration at the Lowcountry Wedding Pros networking event, hosted at the breathtaking May River Manor. This is our first time hosting at May River Manor, and we can’t wait to share this hidden gem with you!

With a Garden Party theme inspired by bright, fresh summer colors, this event promises a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere perfect for mingling with fellow industry professionals. This month's vendor team is crafting an unforgettable experience for you.

Guests will enjoy live music from the talented Karley Rene, participate in interactive fun with AR Workshops Bluffton’s activity bar, and sip refreshing tea party samples from Bluffton Tea Co. or enjoy crafted cocktails from Southern Sippin's signature tap truck and mimosa bar.

HHiBachi Catering will be serving up a mobile hibachi experience, complemented by delicious treats like macarons and brownies from D'Flavor Custom Cakes and Charcuterie samples from Southern Grazing Charcuterie Bar.

Design and décor will truly bring the garden party theme to life, thanks to the creative talents of Kelsey Allison Designs, Balloon Theory’s show-stopping flower wall, and lush florals from Farmer Blue. Rentals provided by McCoy's Event Professionals and EventWorks will complete the elegant setup. Throughout the event, The Roaming Lens will be capturing every magical moment.

This is an evening you won’t want to miss—full of fresh ideas, beautiful settings, delicious bites, and the best networking opportunities the Lowcountry has to offer.

PARKING & DIRECTIONS

Parking is limited! Carpooling is encouraged!

If you haven’t been to May River Manor before, the GPS may try to send you through Hampton Lake or Hampton Hall. Our driveway is actually just before the back entrances to those communities, but

TO AVOID CONFUSION:

The best route is to take Highway 46 and turn onto Old Miller Road. May River Manor is about 2 miles down on the left.

Our sign is temporary and can be easy to miss, so keep an eye out!

This includes any businesses that are related to the wedding or event industry in any way.

However, please DO NOT invite or bring clients or couples.

Our meetings are intended to be a safe space for vendors to connect without sales pitches.

This is not the appropriate time or place for potential clients.
